Please read our terms before submitting your business to the directory:

• Any listing you submit to W3 Business Directory that does not make use of "tags" will be listed for free. However, your business will not be available as part of the standard listings and will only be found if a user searches by business name instead of by tag (default).
• You cannot ask to be placed in a certain order of the tag cloud.
• Your purchase* of a listing does not give you ownership of the website in any way. All that is being purchased is the right to create a business listing and series of tags.
• If you later choose to remove your listing from the website, you cannot get a refund.
• No obscene/offensive/racist/adult content is permitted. If you submit an entry that contains such material and/or your business is related to this material, we will remove your listing and/or account. Refunds will not be given.
• If a re-direct is applied to your link that points to another company or inappropriate content then your entry will be removed. Refunds will not be given.
• You must have the authority to submit the business before submitting
• When we are awaiting funds* for your entry, your control panel will report the status as "Processing". Once these funds are cleared, we will approve the entry and your status will change to "Online".
• Under heavy load, there may be a delay between the time it takes to place your entry in the database. This delay should be no more than 24 hours.
